Ce qui fait la r\u00e9putation de SMT-ASSY<\/h2>\n

Pendant toutes ces ann\u00e9es, notre force a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 notre flexibilit\u00e9, notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 s\u2019adapter aux nouvelles situations, \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre rapidement aux exigences de derni\u00e8re minute du client. La qualit\u00e9 de notre travail et nos d\u00e9lais de livraison sont le fondement du maintien de nos bonnes relations avec nos clients. Sommes-nous les plus comp\u00e9titifs ? Nos prix sont-ils les plus bas sur le march\u00e9? Comme toute entreprise, nous avons des hauts et des bas, mais dans l\u2019ensemble, nous augmentons graduellement notre part du march\u00e9 au fil des ans. Plus important encore, notre taux de r\u00e9tention de notre client\u00e8le est tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9, ce qui atteste de notre bonne r\u00e9putation sur le march\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Nous fid\u00e9lisons nos clients pour la vie. C\u2019est certes toute une affirmation, mais c\u2019est pourtant la r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Nous sommes tous, employ\u00e9s et propri\u00e9taires, r\u00e9compens\u00e9s par une s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d\u2019emploi, par de belles r\u00e9alisations et surtout par le sentiment de fiert\u00e9 que procure le travail bien fait. Nos clients continuent \u00e0 revenir, ann\u00e9e apr\u00e8s ann\u00e9e, passer commande apr\u00e8s commande, t\u00e9moignant ainsi de leur satisfaction \u00e0 notre \u00e9gard. En 2006, nous commencions un travail pour un nouveau client. Chaque ann\u00e9e par la suite, notre directeur technique demandait \u00e0 ce client si nous \u00e9tions en bonne position pour remporter leur prix du meilleur fournisseur, sur quoi le client souriait et r\u00e9pondait chaque fois que sa compagnie n\u2019avait pas un tel prix ou concours. Finalement, en 2014, nous avons re\u00e7u de ce client une belle plaque sur laquelle \u00e9tait inscrit : \u00ab Prix du meilleur fournisseur \u00bb. Bien que ce client n\u2019ait pas l\u2019habitude de d\u00e9cerner officiellement ce genre de prix \u00e0 l\u2019interne, il nous a offert cette tr\u00e8s belle plaque pour nous r\u00e9compenser pour les miracles que nous avons accomplis dans le cadre d\u2019un projet important. Cette reconnaissance a \u00e9t\u00e9 importante \u00e0 la fois pour notre client et pour nous.
